Service Nova started in 2018 when our founder spent four hours on hold with a major OTA trying to change a single flight. We thought travelers deserved better — so we built a different kind of agency.
Today our team negotiates private contract fares with over 70 airlines. When you call, you get a real person in Denver who knows the routes, knows the loopholes, and isn't trying to upsell you a rental car.
