1. Bookings
All bookings are subject to the operating airline's fare rules. Service Nova acts as your agent in arranging travel.
2. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and ACH transfer for group bookings.
3. Changes & refunds
Refunds and changes follow airline rules. We do not charge service fees on top.
4. Liability
Service Nova is not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by the operating carrier or third parties.
